General Return Policy
Safety Padding, Training Shapes and Gymnastics Equipment: Returned goods will not be accepted without prior authorization. Returns are at the discretion of management. The customer is responsible for inbound & outbound shipping charges. Item will be inspected upon arrival for damage and any sign of use. A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on all goods. This process may take up to two weeks to complete. Custom items and custom color combinations may NOT be returned. Please call us with any questions at 1-800-338-6287, ext. 224.
Wall Padding: Because wall padding is built to order and is not a stocked item, we can only except returns of products that we have fabricated incorrectly or have manufactured in the wrong color. If approved drawings have been submitted and approved by the customer for production, we will be unable to accept any returns on those items. See above for additional return details.
Mancino Warranty/Guarantee: Each product is unconditionally guaranteed against defective materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
Freight Letter Requirement: Mancino requires a freight letter to be reviewed and signed before any order is to be shipped. This letter outlines the responsibilities of the recipient of the order when the delivery is scheduled. The following is example of the Freight Letter:
Thank you for your recent purchase. Your order will be shipping via Common Carrier Freight. You will receive an email with a copy of your Bill of Lading as well as a phone call from the freight company to set a delivery appointment. When your order arrives, you will be responsible for the following:
1. You will provide personnel to remove order from the truck and bring into your facility. Drivers are only responsible for moving the order to the end of their trailer. Please keep in mind that most freight items are large and will require more than 2 people to safely carry into your facility.
2. You understand that delivery appointments are set to be completed within a 2–4-hour window. Detaining the driver longer than 5-10 minutes will result in additional charges.
3. You will inspect all packages for any external damage. Any large punctures or cuts to any pieces should be refused and sent back to Mancino. If packages have noticeable blemishes or excessive “drag” marks take pictures and make note on the Bill of Lading before the driver leaves. You can even take the time to open these pieces for further inspection before the driver leaves. Mancino cannot assume responsibility for any freight damages if they are not noted on the Bill of Lading or addressed at the time of delivery.
4. Count your packages/ skids, and make sure that this count agrees with the Bill of Lading. Make note of any shortages on the Bill of Lading and call our office asap.
5. You will be responsible for filing any freight claims if you do not follow the above procedures.
6. Also, if you require Inside Delivery, Lift Gate, Driver Assist, Change of Address and/or another Special Arrangements that were not included in your Mancino freight quote, you will assume responsibility for all charges that are incurred at the time of delivery. ***If you need us to re-quote your freight to include any of the above arrangements, please call ASAP!*** We reserve the right to charge your account (and credit card) for any additional on-site charges.
Shipping Damage: Mancino does the very best to package products securely, to arrive at the your facility the way they left our factory. However, accidents and damage stillhappen. If you believe your product is damaged/defective upon arrival, we ask you email wp@mancinomats.com with a detailed description and pictures of the defective product. After reviewing the information, a representative of Mancino Manufacturing will call you within 24 hrs. and discuss the best solution available. We also forward a “Freight Policy Letter” with order acceptance. This signed and executed acknowledgement protects all parties in the event of freight damage. The Mancino Freight Letter can be viewed in the previous paragraph and in an email that was sent prior to shipping. This email required that you sign and return to us.
Refund Policy: Since most products are custom made to your size and color specifications, many of our products cannot be returned for refunds. All returns will incur a return shipping fee which will be deducted from your final refund amount. Standard products that can be returned for a refund will incur a 20% restock charge. Refunds may be offered as a credit to your Mancino account for future purchases. Items that are damaged when they are received into the warehouse may be denied a refund. All clearance or sale items are sold as is and are not eligible for a refund under any circumstance.
Additional Shipping Charges: Additional Shipping Charges that may appear on your card or account. After the shipment has left our factory/warehouse a fee will be charged for the following:
- Delivery address change
- Delivery attempted but not able to deliver
- Shipment re-delivery charge
- Extended Storage because receiver is not able to accept delivery
- Storage at carrier center for later delivery charge
