Preschool Folding Incline Mats

Preschool cheese wedge mats, otherwise known as incline mats or wedge mats, are functional and versatile especially for gymnastics or cheerleading programs. They’re a perfect gymnastics mat to have in your gym for athletes at all age and training levels. Cheese mats serve a range of purposes to accommodate advanced gymnastics techniques … rolls, backbends, bridges, uphill vaulting, basic tumbling, handstand presses, jumps, general conditioning, the list goes on. The incline associated with a cheese wedge mat offers back support to help avoid spinal injuries.

Because they also fold, you can turn them into blocks and get even more uses from them. Plus, it makes storage easy while saving space. Cheese mats come in a variety of sizes with sizes as small as 24″ wide by 48″ long and as large as 72″ wide by 144″ long. Small cheese wedge mats are even great for home use. You can also select from a range of colors to fit your gym, and can even customize them with your logo to match your school or gym colors. Preschool Cheese Wedge Mats

 

Mancino’s preschool cheese wedge mats are designed for versatility and portability. New sizes to the folding incline mat family are our 24″ x 48″, 36″ x 72″, and 60″ x 84″. Our large PSB-6010 and PSB-7212 versions allow for consecutive moves and transform into firm mini-pits or spotting tables. Versatility includes the option to use the incline folded or unfolded. Fold the wedge mat to create a solid surface block for spotting difficult skills.

Mancino Cheese Wedge Mat Training Tips!

 

    • Recreational Classes:
        • Teach forward and backward rolls on any sized cheese wedge mat. Useful for regular tucked rolls, pike rolls, rolls to push up, and back extension rolls
    • Compulsory Levels:
        • Great for bridge kick overs, handstand bridge kick overs, and walkovers, giving your students that extra little bit of down-hill momentum.
        • A good first step for your students performing front and back handsprings by themselves for the first time. Going down the incline will give an extra boost of confidence to your gymnast before they are asked to handspring on the flat surface of the floor.
        • A great start to learning optional level vaults with the countless incline mat vaulting drills!
    • Optional Levels:
        • Useful for many drills for body shaping and learning skills for all events!

Art Requirements: File types: .AI, .PDF (vector) ONLY. All fonts must be converted to outlines and colors converted to CMYK. Mancino reserves the right to add a design upcharge if the logo does not meet art requirements specified. Mancino will provide a .pdf file rendition for your approval and it will be sent to the email address used on the account. Extra design work or revisions is subject to a design upcharge. Mancino uses a 4 color + white UV digital ink printer which allows us to print your logo on any color vinyl. If your logo is designed for a white or lighter color background, please send the file in the correct color scheme for the vinyl color you are choosing. Please note that “Vinyl Color 2” in the color selector indicates the color of vinyl the logo will be applied. Logo sizes shown are estimated and the designer will place your logo as large as possible within the parameters unless otherwise noted.
